Naji Rashid is the Owner and President of Necessary Results Coaching & Mastermind Groups, LLC. Naji educates individuals, companies, and organizations on becoming highly successful by using his specialized productivity techniques. Naji has helped several business owners and entrepreneurs start new endeavors and has assisted existing business owners and entrepreneurs to increase their profits.

Naji has over 25 years of real estate experience. Naji is currently the Owner/ CEO of 1st Advantage Real Estate Services, LLC. and Chairman of The Rashid Group, LLC. Naji was the Owner/ CEO of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc., with offices in Baltimore and Harford counties.

Naji currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board and serves on the Acquisition Rehab Committee for Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc. Naji previously served as the Past Chairman of the Governance Committee, Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors, and as a member of the Real Estate Development Committee.

Naji is currently a Board of Directors, Executive Committee Member, and Membership Committee Member at the Country Club of Maryland. Naji served as Chairman of the Membership Committee from 2011-to 2013.
