How is Coaching Delivered?

 

I start with a personal interview (either face-to-face or by a virtual meeting) to assess your current opportunities or challenges. We define the scope of the relationship, identify priorities for action and establish specific desired outcomes. Each call or face-to-face session will last between 30-60 minutes. Between scheduled coaching sessions, you may need to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personally prioritized goals. I will provide additional resources in relevant articles, checklists, assessments, or models to help your thinking and actions. The duration of your coaching session will vary between 3-6 months, depending on your needs and preferences.
